Food Editor at Bon Appetit magazine for 20 years, she is now finalizing her upcoming Williams-Sonoma cookbook, Weeknights: Fresh and Fast AND is the spokesperson for the culinary tome, Cooking at Home, which is due out this fall, and includes many of her recipes. Kristine’s other cookbooks are: Cookies and Biscotti, Gifts from the Kitchen, Risotto, Thanksgiving, and After Dinner. She has been a cookbook judge for the IACP Julia Child Cookbook Awards. What’s it take to get a cookbook out? Kristine will share.
